You can submit an inquiry without providing a company name or phone number.

We disclose inquiry information to OneH International when you have separately consented to that disclosure.

We disclose this information only to the extent relevant to the purposes described below.
Purposes of the Disclosure
OneH International may use the information to review your inquiry, assess project feasibility, clarify requirements, contact you about your inquiry, prepare estimates or proposals, and discuss or provide the services you request.
This disclosure does not give OneH International unrestricted permission to use your information for unrelated business purposes.
Your Choice and Retention
Disclosure to OneH International is optional. You may submit an inquiry to Solix without consenting to this disclosure. However, without your consent, OneH International will not receive your inquiry for its separate review or contact you directly to provide estimates or consultation.
The retention period for inquiry information received by OneH International is specified in Section 8.
OneH International is responsible for the legal obligations associated with its independent processing of personal information. If additional processing is required for its other services or a separate transaction, information about that processing will be provided separately.
5. Service Providers and Other Disclosures
We may use service providers for website hosting, databases and storage, email, website analytics, security, and related operational functions.
These providers may access or process information as necessary to provide their services to us. We disclose information or arrange for its processing within the scope appropriate to the relevant service and applicable law.
When enabled, we also use Telegram to send internal inquiry notifications to Solix staff handling inquiries. Telegram may receive your name, email address, selected service and app platform, message, company name and phone number if provided, form language, OneH International sharing choice, applicable policy version, and submission time for this purpose.
These internal notifications are separate from the optional disclosure to OneH International described in Section 4. Declining that disclosure does not disable Solix's internal Telegram notifications.
Our use of Cloudflare Web Analytics is described in Section 6.
We may also disclose information where necessary to meet legal obligations, respond to lawful legal process, investigate security incidents, or protect our rights and the rights or safety of our users, as permitted by applicable law.
If personal information is transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of our business, we will follow applicable legal requirements concerning safeguards and notice.
6. Cloudflare Web Analytics and Our Own Access Records
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website traffic and performance.
The service provides statistics and metrics relating to page views, referral sources, approximate geographic distribution, browser and device characteristics, and page performance.
According to Cloudflare, Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or localStorage to collect usage analytics and does not fingerprint individuals using IP addresses, browser information, or similar information for analytics purposes.
Separately, Solix stores IP addresses and technical access records in its own systems, as described in Section 2. We use those records for security, fraud and abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and website statistics.
The fact that Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies does not mean that Solix does not collect or store its own technical and access records.
7. Cookies, Advertising, and Tracking Technologies
We do not currently use cookies or similar technologies to create advertising profiles, conduct behavioral advertising, or track visitors across different websites for advertising purposes.
We also do not currently install third-party advertising pixels on our website for those purposes.
Depending on the website features and security settings in use, cookies or similar technologies may be used where necessary for functionality or security. Our use of Cloudflare Web Analytics follows the approach described in Section 6.
You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings. However, blocking cookies does not automatically prevent technical information, such as your IP address, from being transmitted with website requests or prevent the creation of security and access records.
We do not change our basic collection of security and access records solely in response to a browser’s general “Do Not Track” signal. This statement does not limit applicable privacy opt-out rights or our obligations regarding other legally recognized opt-out preference signals.
If we materially change our advertising, tracking, or analytics practices, we will provide any required notice before implementing the change and obtain consent or provide choices where required by applicable law.
8. Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
General inquiry information and related correspondence held by Solix are generally retained for two years from the date of the last communication relating to the inquiry.
Inquiry information disclosed to OneH International is generally retained by OneH International for two years from the date of the last communication relating to the inquiry.
Raw technical and access records stored in Solix’s own systems, including IP addresses and server access records, are generally retained for 90 days from the date of collection.
If an inquiry results in a contract or business relationship, relevant information may be retained for a longer period where reasonably necessary to perform the contract, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
Where an ongoing security investigation, legal dispute, or legal obligation requires additional retention, we may retain the information necessary for that purpose until the relevant matter is resolved or the applicable retention requirement expires.
When personal information is no longer required for the purposes described above, we delete or anonymize it in accordance with applicable law.
We may retain aggregated or anonymized website statistics that no longer reasonably identify an individual.
9. International Processing
Depending on Solix’s operations, disclosures to OneH International, and the location of the infrastructure we use, personal information may be accessed or processed in the United States, the Republic of Korea, and other relevant jurisdictions.
In particular, inquiry information disclosed to OneH International under Section 4 may be processed by that business in the Republic of Korea.
If service providers process information in other countries because of their storage locations or support operations, we will provide the information and safeguards required by applicable law.
Where a disclosure or international transfer requires separate consent or another legal basis, we will satisfy the applicable requirements before carrying out that processing.
Visiting this website or reviewing this Privacy Policy does not, by itself, constitute consent to a disclosure or international transfer for which separate consent is required.

Depending on where you reside and the laws applicable to the processing, you may have rights to:

If your request concerns information disclosed to OneH International, please identify that business in your message. We will forward the relevant request or direct you to an appropriate contact.
Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing that was lawfully carried out before withdrawal. Exceptions may apply, including where information must be retained to comply with legal obligations.
We do not unlawfully discriminate against individuals for exercising applicable privacy rights. Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits rights available to you under applicable law.

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards that take account of the nature of the personal information we process and the associated risks.
